Registration must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Joining instructions for course will be sent only once payment has been made in full. Non payment will result in registration being cancelled.
Notification of cancellation is required a minimum of 7 days prior to the course – less than this period will incur full course cost. Notification of rescheduling is required a minimum of 3 days prior to the course - less than this period will incur full course cost.
For non attendance (full or partial), all fees paid will be forfeited. An administration fee of $20 applies for all cancellations.
Lifeline Canberra reserves the right to cancel or postpone course dates if required. You will be notified of changes as soon as possible. A full refund will be available from Lifeline Canberra if this occurs.
